    Exercise is extremely beneficial for everyone’s health! I ama Psych Nurse and I know the importance of the patients getting their exercise.
    I also think Psych Units need to have some kind of exercise programs.

    I think the physical and mental mechanisms should be seen as two parts of same machine therefore physical illnesses and problems can also lead to stress, anxiety, eating disorder and many other mental problems.
